Working with a leading Cornish drink manufacturer to develop automatic reporting tools, that collate relevant data overnight, on stock holding, sales performance and forecast, emailing key information direct to stakeholders, available at the start of each business day. Previously all these reports were created manually this contributes towards a saving of over 500 working hours annually.

Working with the leading southwest brewing and drinks wholesaler, developing tools to introduce stronger controls on warehouse stock levels. Using real time data on sales patterns and introducing forecasting tools to support the teams responsible for maintaining warehouse stocks and ensuring customers’ demands are met.

Working together with a regional charity, who needed to streamline and improve their stock control within the new goods section of the business, to ensure costs were being strongly controlled. We created a stock database to collate the information needed, making reporting tools available to enable cost effective monitoring of stock levels and values.
